Our job is to make it easier for attorneys to educate judges, arbitrators, mediators and jurors about complicated facts, technical data and expert opinions. Legal Presentation Graphics, Inc. helps simplify complex information and make the abstract clear by creating legal graphics that are designed specifically to communicate, educate and persuade.

Litigation Graphics Consulting

Every client case begins with an initial discussion of the case and objectives. Whether the discussion takes place by phone or in person, Diane Meyer—Founder and President of Legal Presentation Graphics, Inc.—uses her sketchpad as she listens to you convey the facts and issues of your case. As Diane works together with you during the first meeting, a visual overview begins to take shape. Diane then draws upon decades of experience to help conceptualize visuals that will ultimately help make your case strategy stronger and your presentation effective and more clear.

Illustration and Design

Many cases involve evidence and issues that can be difficult for the layperson to understand. Our graphics are carefully crafted to ensure accuracy as well as a clear and concise message that underscores critical information. The team of illustrators and designers are under the art and creative direction of Diane as the litigation graphics consultant. So, you can be assured you will receive the highest quality legal graphics possible. Depending upon your case, our team provides: creative charts, diagrams, graphs, illustrations, maps, photo layouts, timelines and other formats to visually convey evidence. Opening Statements and Closing Arguments

We help attorneys outline and organize both opening statements and closing arguments. Whether counsel prefers large format poster boards or electronic presentations, we excel in both settings. Legal Presentation Graphics, Inc. uses best practices and the latest technologies to accomplish the task.

Printing/Mounting Static Boards

Static poster boards are still an effective final presentation choice for use in and out of the courtroom. They are particularly useful for timelines that keep the big picture and key facts in front your audience at the same time. Many clients use them to educate the mediator as well as show the opposing counsel that they are prepared for trial and can demonstrate their case in a visually clear and persuasive manner. Syncing Videos and Transcripts

With more depositions being videotaped, syncing the transcript with the video is an extremely effective way to present videotaped depositions in court. It is quite compelling for the jury, the mediator and/or the judge to watch the witness video as the rolling written transcript is presented at the same time. Allow us to sync your videos and add them to Trial Director® for a more engaging in-court presentation.

In Court Services

Legal Presentation Graphics is Certified in Trial Director® to provide pre-trial and in-court services. We offer an experienced trial technologist to assist you in presenting your evidence so that you can stay focused on trying your case rather than worrying about technology.

The benefit of using Trial Director® in court is that it allows the attorney to stay organized and focused, providing instant access to graphics, exhibits, photos, documents, depositions, video and allows for spontaneous call-outs and access of targeted information.

When to use Graphics

Focus Groups and Mock Trials
We work directly with trial consultants, focus group facilitators and counsel to present both sides of the case. Presenting graphics during focus groups or a mock trial in the early stages of discovery is most beneficial as you are able to test your trial strategy for effectiveness. If a case does not resolve, the front-end strategy incorporated in the jury research leads to a more focused and persuasive presentation for mediation and/or trial.

Arbitrations, Mediations, Bench and Jury Trials
Judges also appreciate visuals that help expedite the learning curve of a case. Clear, definitive graphics assist in a better understanding and evaluation of your position. Clients who bring graphics to mediation often find that their cases settle, as it shows opposing counsel that you are prepared for trial and can clearly and persuasively explain your case. Expert Testimony Graphics
Your expert may be the best in his or her field, but can he or she clearly communicate to the jury? There is no better preparation assistance than the creation of visuals for an expert's testimony. When you are interviewing a witness it is a good practice to ask them what visuals aids would help support their testimony.

Jury Trials
Deliver the best opening statement and closing argument with professional graphics by Diane and her team at Legal Presentation Graphics Inc. Graphics help jurors learn, add clarity and clearly identify the themes of your case; and are what jurors need to decide in your favor. Diane's clients have often heard that one or two persuasive graphics were what jurors focused on during deliberations.

Process Made Easy

After an initial brainstorm on case strategy and objectives, you will be asked to funnel supporting documents and raw information as part of the gathering process to Diane and her team for analysis and processing. What may have begun as an idea on a sketchpad is now transformed into a visual format that is ready for your feedback.

Once the visuals are designed, an in-person or remote meeting is scheduled for input, feedback and approval. Computer-generated graphics allows LPG to incorporate feedback quickly, giving you exactly what you need to prove your case whether you are local or across the country.

After designing drafts for your review and incorporating feedback, LPG will suggest presentation mediums that we feel will be the most beneficial for you and your particular audience.
